Phone Medic was started in 1995.  In 1996, we began servicing businesses in Southwestern Ohio and Northern Kentucky.   We are located in West Chester (Butler County), Ohio, which allows us to service companies in the Tri-County area on short notice.

Our specialty is with Avaya and Nortel Telephone Systems and structured cabling to small and medium size businesses.

Presently we service banks, travel agencies, strip centers, restaurants, printers, carton manufactures, insurance companies, ice cream makers, construction companies, trucking companies and big box stores.

Our services are available for sub-contracting, installations and pre-surveys.  We are an Authorized Avaya Business Partner and carry emergency replacement parts for Avaya and Nortel small business systems.
